In a signature BRANDING INTENSIVE session, we explored Gregory’s business (today and tomorrow) and how a rebrand could support both areas.
Unlike many spas and massage treatment centers, Massage America offers, in addition to massage therapy, other holistic treatments like acupuncture. In addition, Massage America operates with a distinguishing core principle to help people improve performance in their everyday lives – professionally, personally, and even spiritually. Through a signature Naming For The PeopleTM process, we arrived at “Mpower Bodywork.” This new company name played on the word “empower” (and its meaning) and moved from “massage” to the broader term “bodywork” to communicate the benefits and full scope of Gregory’s treatment services.
A new name and positioning set their direction, but the look and feel made it resonate. The Visual Identity included a new logo that echoes a protective seal and a dynamic color system that borrowed from the different earth elements. Infused with elements of feng shui (wood, fire, earth, metal, water), the visual language is contemporary yet symbolic and spiritual to mirror the range of Mpower Bodywork’s brand.Read More
