Starting with our signature BRANDING INTENSIVE, Polly probed into her target audiences, her unique value proposition, and her reasons for that line of work. Working with our strategic and collaborative team, we arrived at a Brand Idea: Accelerate Peace of Mind. This concept brought humanity and emotion into her brand.
Following the Brand Idea, it became logical to change the company name. After a strategic Naming For The PeopleTM process, we recommended “Mediation Advantage.” The rationale? This not only positioned her as a market leader in mediation, but also signaled prospective clients that mediation offers an advantage over allowing a judge to decide their family’s future.
This called for warm, calming colors and a nurturing voice to evoked comfort, trust, and understanding. Graphic elements in the visual system symbolized movement and acceleration, desired in the divorce process, resulting in a cohesion that appealed to her ideal, target audience.
