Kari began with BFTP’s signature BRANDING INTENSIVE and continued working with us through a year-long engagement.
During the process, both Kari and BRANDING FOR THE PEOPLE agreed that the new company name needed to be Kari Caldwell Studios. We then helped Kari to define her brand story, messaging, voice and persona. After completion of that strategic step, our team created “mood boards” to target her specific style and tone. With this, we explored 3 Visual Identity directions for her brand.
The result? A stunning logo that reveals her story. The new logo uses a refined typeface while including two sleek furniture legs underneath the company name to reveal her business niche. While not an overt picture, the image/text logo harkens a piece of furniture, which embodies her brand. The colors, fonts, and overall visual system convey a sophisticated feel with a tonality that matches her own style and art.
